LEVEL 78+ BATTEN SYSTEM
Batten system with integrated step sound reduction
Level 78+ is a batten and wedge levelling system for the installation of solid wooden floors, with the possibility of integrating step sound reduction.
It is typically used for uneven subfloors.
The solution has been developed as a response to the growing legislative requirements for sound insulation in multi-storey buildings. With Level 78+ and Junckers Step Sound Reduction Pad, a documented reduction of step sound transmission between the floors of 19-20 dB can be achieved, depending on batten height.
The Step Sound Reduction Pad is mounted underneath the wedges, which are then easily clicked onto the battens; levelling to the desired height and straightness is done without the use of nails or tools.
Elevations from 74mm to 224mm can be achieved.
